Hello.
I feel like this page should not just be legislation but also should include court cases. 'Obergefell v. Hodges is extremely important. Cases like 'Minton v. Dignity Health' which the supreme court refused to take and therefore upheld a lower court case in favor of trans people not being denied medical care due to religious beliefs of clinical staff is also notable.--Zandrae (Talk) 19:17, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
